HOMEWARE

Objects for the table and the kitchen, in porcelain clay. Some are thrown on the wheel, some built by hand, depending on what the piece wants to be. A scoop for the flour bin, a striker for the matches, a stand to put one cupcake on, a small plate with a circus on it. They are made to be used, and to be lived with until they stop being something I made and become something you own.

This is one part of the work, and it is still filling in. A dinnerware collection is forming around the knife rests, and more is coming.
