SCOOPS
Every home needs one
You probably don't have a scoop. Most kitchens don't, anymore.
My grandmother had one. It lived inside a large azure flour bin. The scoop brought the flour onto the wooden board and a small white cloud rose and disappeared. Then it cleared the well, and the eggs went in.
These scoops are made from porcelain clay, by hand, in colors that have no business being practical and no interest in being decorative. One ended up in the kitchen. One went to the garden. The grey one was approved by the cat.
Every home needs one. You will know what yours is for when it arrives.
