SHIPPING, return & damaged items policies
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS and will be processed and shipped from the studio within 1 week. Please email me at marianna@argilla.nyc if you need anything sooner.
I currently ship only to the U.S. and Canada. If you need something sent internationally, please reach out via email at marianna@argilla.nyc and we can get a custom shipping quote.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. I take great care in packaging every piece to ensure a safe and secure journey. However, please note that I have no control over the package once it leaves my studio.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you are a local customer and would like to pick up your order in person or reduce the shipping footprint, please select the "Pick Up" option during checkout. Feel free to contact me at marianna@argilla.nyc to coordinate pickup arrangements.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
I strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, I understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. As a small business, all sales are final, and I'm unable to offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items upon delivery. I value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your Argilla's piece. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to me at marianna@argilla.nyc, and I will do my best to address them promptly.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged, please alert me within 5 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the shipment tracking details provided by the mailing carrier). Please include photos of the damaged piece, as well as photos of the box and packaging in the condition they were received.
If I have additional inventory available, I will gladly replace the damaged item, otherwise I will refund the order amount.
